Too many lovely people in my life

I’ve just had a bloody good cry.

Nothing to do with cancer or boob loss or hair loss.

But trying to fit in all the lovely people who want to see me and speak to me and email me. How on earth do I fit it all in? How do I prioritise things? I’m sure I’ll work it out but it overwhelmed me just now.

  1. The lovely people will fit in around you, jsut do what you want to do and the rest will fall into place. Rooting for you all the way.

  2. Sarah, your positive mental attitude is so inspiring and I’m so very sorry that this is happening to you.

That said, I agree with Prooffairy, it will all fall into place. Generally speaking those nearest and dearest take a while to deal with the news of cancer – longer often than the patient – well that’s been my experience with my dad’s cancer anyhow. He has such a positive attitude about it too.

I found lots of comfort in Anne Orchards amazing book which is specifically written for families and friends facing the cancer of their loved ones. It’s on Amazon so they can buy it there if you like. Otherwise I have her email address.

The book has helped me a lot and hopefully it’s helped my dad and his coming to terms with his illness.

    Thinking of you.

    Small steps make big advances.

I know that with the positive attitude you have about life in general you will get through this. People will fit around you and be there at whatever time of day you need them!

    Love you
